We have been treated with exceptional care and kindness by the owner of the hotel Dante S. and his kind family making us feel welcome and at home. It started with our late arrival at the hotel. We were worried not to be able to get dinner after having already skipped lunch. The family called nearby restaurants to find us one where the kitchen would still be open. At the end they prepared us a wonderful dinner with insalata caprese and melon and prosciuto in the hotel. The owner Dante entertained us at dinner and showed us around the beautiful historic thermal establishments in Montecatini explaining us the history and the role of Leopold from Habsburg Lothringen in the region. Even more, he treated us with prosecco. Last but not least, the day of our departure our son got an ear infection and Dante and his family helped to find a doctor/ hospital to treat him on the same day. A thousand thanks to Dante and his team

Wonderful place to stay which I would highly recommend. The staff could not have been more helpful and warm and friendly. That made a huge difference to the whole atmosphere of the hotel. Gabriel organised a taxi to meet us at the airport as our flight arrived so late and was very helpful with an issue we had with local transport (we were rather unfairly fined on the local bus!). Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice in a spacious dining room. We loved it! The swimming pool and terrace around it was very well kept and a lovely bonus. We had a very relaxing stay and the hotel was a welcoming and comfortable place to come back to after days out. It is also very well located for getting around the area. I’d definitely go back!

Love this hotel. Second time here. Its in a quiet area within easy walk to town and railway station. Handy for day trips by train to Pisa Florence Lucca and others. Food is excellent. We ate in hotel every night and had lunch a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Very good value for money at 30 euro for dinner with Pasta course salad course main course and dessert. All of which change daily. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub are great. The sitting areas both inside and outside are comfortable and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back again. The staff are exceptional. Helpful and friendly and very good at their jobs from the reception to wait staff to cleaners bar staff etc.

Excellent location, free of charge parking spaces were available onsite and also across the road. Exceptionally clean everywhere, our room was being cleaned and towels changed every day. Full of character hotel where each guest is treated as a VIP. Great atmosphere - the family and staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - the staff went above and beyond to help me organise a surprise Birthday cake and flowers for my wife. A great bonus were the lunch and dinner booking options and the meals were delicious. Already looking forward to visiting again!

Very clean, near the terme and near the city centre and with a biiig free parking. We had breakfast but we also ordered lunch severel times there. It was delicios and cheap ( 11 euro pasta). The pool is cleaned every morning. Overall, it was a perfect accomodation.
